Audience Genomics
Founded Audience Genomics to answer a question standard analytics couldn't: can AI identify the creative choices that consistently move an audience? The result was Aggie, a machine-learning and computer-vision platform that analyzed four years of content performance across more than a thousand businesses. The company grew out of audience-intelligence engagements for brands like Universal Studios, AMC, and Fenty Beauty, and for private-equity firms including Bain Capital and Factory, who saw brand and marketing differentiation as a signal of portfolio value.
Instead of only reporting what performed, it was built to explain why. Computer-vision and text models broke each post into its parts (imagery, subject, emotional tone, and brand positioning) and measured each one against engagement. On top of that, I designed the multi-agent AI system that kept content on-brand across hundreds of client accounts at once. I led the company across product, technology, fundraising, hiring, partnerships, customer development, and sales.
Most customers saw social engagement rise 50 to 200 percent.

GlamCam 360
MTV · 2009
Created the original concept at the 2009 MTV Movie Awards: a rig of 50 synchronized cameras that froze celebrities in a matrix-style shot you could rotate and replay. The technology later became the GlamCam 360, a fixture at the Oscars, Emmys, and Grammys.
One of the first creator networks
Comcast, 2009 to 2011 · VP, Programming & Development
Co-built one of the first YouTube multi-channel networks for Comcast On Demand, roughly two years before "MCN" was a term anyone used. I owned the P&L for 35 channels of original on-demand programming at the time, and that portfolio drove 10 to 12 percent of Comcast's total Free On Demand traffic.
Within a few years, creator networks were one of digital media's defining business models.
K-pop before the mainstream
Comcast, 2009 to 2011
Launched the first US K-pop music channel on Comcast On Demand, years before K-pop reached mainstream American audiences. The demand was already sitting in the viewing data.
Turning an archive into a business
A&E
Built a tape-logging and archiving system for Avid editing that turned A&E's production archive into a licensing business. Footage that had been treated as operational overhead became a stock-footage revenue line drawing on the A&E and History libraries.
One of the first digital content studios
A&E / History / Lifetime
Pitched, built, and ran the Digital Content Studio for A&E, History, and Lifetime as online video shifted from marketing support to a real media business. The team made short-form video for the internet, mobile, and on-demand, with early partners including Comcast, Qualcomm, and Yahoo.
Audience growth through a changing market
Univision · VP, Digital Audience Development
Led audience development during a period of rapid change in how people watched and where. Grew the Univision NOW subscription app 57 percent month over month, delivered a single media campaign of more than 500 million impressions, and drove growth across partnerships with Netflix, YouTube, and Hulu.
